Role Overview

Product:

We are looking for an experienced R&D Specialist to lead product development projects, particularly within the noodles category. This role involves managing projects from concept to execution, focusing on innovation, quality, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and enhance the brands competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
: Drive R&D projects to deliver products, processes, or solutions that meet quality, time, and cost targets.
Product Development
: Develop and refine recipes and processes for noodles, with expertise in ingredients, including noodles and spices. Identify new growth areas and create innovative product concepts to support a robust innovation pipeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, including business and operations, to align project goals with broader business needs.
Knowledge Acquisition
: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical advancements, and collaborate with external partners to enhance our innovation capabilities.
