Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Chennai. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing cost management, cost control, and cost planning throughout various project phases. They will also be tasked with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), generating cost reports, and ensuring budget adherence. Additionally, the role includes regular interaction with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Skilled in Cost Reporting and financial analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is a plus
