Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include cost planning & estimation, tendering & procurement, subcontractor & labour contractor billing, contract administration, financial & risk management, stakeholder coordination, and attending progress review meetings. You will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs, developing project budgets, and evaluating Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents. Additionally, you will assist in subcontractor and labour contractor selection, track and verify bills based on work progress, and ensure timely certification of RA bills and final bills. It will be your duty to draft and administer contracts, monitor contract compliance, handle claims, variations, and change orders. You will also monitor project expenditures, compare actual costs with budgeted costs, prepare monthly cost/value reconciliations and financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage risks effectively. Furthermore, you will be expected to liaise with project managers, engineers, accounts, contractors, and vendors, attend progress review meetings, and present billing and cost updates. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.,
