Senior Quantity Surveyor MEP

Responsibilities

• Post Contract Experience is required.
• Prepare rate analysis (RA).
• Prepare BOQ & preamble.
• Prepare Cost Plan, Cost Control, Budgeting
• Tendering, Pre-tender estimate, Negotiations
• Prepare Tender Docs, Tender report, Pre-Qualification report.
• Should be proficient in CAD, Cost-X (qty take off tools).
• MEP QS with work experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Firefighting disciplines
• Prepare and check analysis of rates of extra items.
• Review architectural plans / structural drawings and prepare quantity needs
• Performing detailed quantification as per the approved shop drawings / GFC drawings using P Line / LBD and agree the measurements with the contractor.
• Floating tenders to Technically and Commercially competent parties, preparation of comparative statement, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of various parties for the finalization of sub-contracts.
• Procurement Strategy, Billing, BOQ, Planning
• Plan the tasks well and discuss with team leaders regularly.
• Ensure high quality service delivery on every task in allocated time.
• Ensure compliance with our internal processes and procedures and documentation standards. Understand and adopt the Client / project specific procedures.
• Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customized software.
• Ensure integrity and professionalism in every task or activity performed.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
  

Qualifications

• B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) from a reputed institute.
• Total Professional Experience shall be 7+ years with at least 5 years of experience in Building Projects.
