Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA & QC teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and inspection systems.
Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, ISO standards, and industry norms.
Conduct in-line, pre-final, and final inspections for production batches.
Review fabric, trims, and garment quality reports and approve shipments.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams for corrective actions.
Analyze quality issues and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain proper documentation, quality manuals, and audit reports.
Conduct training and awareness programs for production staff to enhance quality performance.
Liaise with clients and third-party auditors during quality audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
