Senior Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)

  functions for the organization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor

  quality management systems (QMS)

  in compliance with

  IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

  standards.
• Ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and regulatory standards.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement

  corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  for product and process non-conformances.
• Lead

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA

  activities for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits to maintain consistent quality performance.
• Liaise with customers on quality concerns, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide and mentor the QA/QC team to achieve organizational quality goals.
• Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to enhance product quality and process reliability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Mechanical/Production Engineering

  or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

  in quality management within the

  automotive components manufacturing sector

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, and Problem-Solving Techniques

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  IATF 16949, ISO 9001

  , and customer audits.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation tools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to

  TS16949 audit preparation

  and

  supplier quality management

  .
• Knowledge of

  lean manufacturing

  and

  Six Sigma methodologies

  .
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
