Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Quality Lead with a strong background in Thermal Power Projects . The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering , along with 14+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, including significant leadership responsibility in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. 🔧 Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage all site-level Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities. Finalize Quality Schemes in coordination with suppliers and project stakeholders. Independently prepare, review, and approve Method Statements and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) . Oversee and coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities. Provide expert-level troubleshooting support across project stages. Liaise with Third Party Inspection Agencies (TPIA) , clients, and statutory authorities . Ensure strict adherence to industry standards and safety regulations . 🎓 Qualifications & Experience : Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . Minimum 14 years of experience in the Thermal Power sector, with at least 5 years in a lead role . In-depth knowledge of QA/QC practices, inspection protocols, and regulatory compliance.
