Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to monitor and evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished fragrance products. The ideal candidate will ensure our fragrance products meet company and regulatory standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test raw materials, intermediates, and finished fragrance products for quality parameters.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/GMP/IFRA or relevant standards throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain quality documentation, test records, and batch reports.
• Perform olfactory evaluation alongside instrumental testing (e.g., GC-MS, Refract meter, Specific Gravity, etc.).
• Conduct root cause analysis for any deviations or non-conformities.
• Liaise with production, R&D, and procurement teams to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with IFRA regulations, safety norms, and internal SOPs.
• Assist in internal audits and supplier evaluations.
• Monitor storage conditions and packaging integrity.
• Report findings and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field (Diploma with experience may also be considered).
• 2–4 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of IFRA guidelines, ISO standards, and GMP practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and fragrance raw materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment:

• Office & Laboratory/Production floor
• Standard working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
