Senior Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Control Manager at ACCURATE BRASS INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest quality standards to meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities include: - Having knowledge of PPAP, PFD, PFMEA, 8D Report, and other QC tools - Understanding 2D/3D engineering drawings, preferably with knowledge of AutoCAD - Skilled in using quality instruments like Vernier Caliper, Profile Projector, and Micrometer accurately - Familiarity with ISO Documents and Standards - Demonstrating good decision-making abilities - Comfortable with English communication, both written and verbal In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will be to: - Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards - Identify potential risks proactively, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actions - Conduct internal and external quality audits, and prepare detailed reports of findings - Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training, and performance evaluations The company values a dedicated and proactive approach to quality control.
