Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manual testing, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our solutions. Your role will involve validating customer journeys, billing processes, API integrations, and various system functionalities across multiple platforms. As a Senior QA Engineer, your key responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases for functional, regression, sanity, and smoke testing across Salesforce-based applications. You will analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to create comprehensive test scenarios and perform manual testing to validate user interfaces, workflows, and data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for validating the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order creation, activation, billing, and provisioning. You will also conduct in-depth testing of Customer Portals, Billing modules, and Reporting dashboards, and verify the Salesforce-Zuora integration for subscription management, billing accuracy, and invoice generation. Ensuring seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems, validating user roles, profiles, and permission sets, and logging and tracking bugs are also part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts in Agile/Scrum teams. Participation in sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, is essential to ensure alignment and progress. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in manual testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), a solid understanding of billing platforms (preferably Zuora), and proven expertise in API testing using Postman are required. Proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA, documentation tools such as Confluence, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments are also necessary. Your working hours will be from 11.00 am to 8.00 pm, and familiarity with tools and platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Postman for API testing, JIRA, Confluence, TestRail/Zephyr, and Zuora (preferred for billing validation) will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.,
