Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute
comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts
for Salesforce and MuleSoft integrations.
Perform
functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT testing
for Salesforce modules and MuleSoft APIs.
Validate
API responses, data transformations, and end-to-end workflows
.
Conduct
data migration testing
and ensure accuracy in Salesforce and MuleSoft data flow.
Utilize
Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
for API validation.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an
Agile/Scrum environment
.
Track and manage defects using
JIRA or Azure DevOps
, ensuring timely resolution.
Contribute to the
automation framework
using Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools.
Ensure QA deliverables meet industry standards and
best practices
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years
of overall QA experience.
4+ years
of hands-on experience testing
Salesforce applications
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
3+ years
of MuleSoft API and integration testing experience.
Strong knowledge of
API testing tools
(Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI).
Experience with
automation frameworks
(Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG).
Strong
SQL
skills for backend data validation.
Experience in
CI/CD pipeline testing
with Jenkins, Git, or similar tools.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce
Administrator/Platform App Builder
certification.
MuleSoft
Certified Developer
(MCD) certification.
Experience in
performance and security testing
.
