Senior Quality Analyst

We're Hiring: Senior Quality Analysts (Production & Inspection)
Location: Siraspur Warehouse, Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000–40,000/month. ( It's negotiable )
Experience: 8 -10 years (min. 8 years in QA leadership)
Background: Diploma/Degree in Textile (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team to uphold quality standards.
• Set measurable quality goals and ensure continuous improvement in production processes.
• Oversee quality checks at every stage—from fabric inspection to final garment output.
• Conduct4. System -point inspections to ensure adherence to product specifications.
• Identify fabric and knitted fabrics, garment defects, including knots, slubs, dye inconsistencies, CSV (Color Shade Variation), bowing, and other common quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and enforce QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and measurement protocols.
• Ensure quality compliance across all stages of processing and production.
• Operate QA tools and equipment such as GSM cutters, shrinkage testers, pH meters, and color assessment devices.
• Maintain detailed quality assurance reports, including audit results and rejection logs.
• Analyze audit and inspection data to provide actionable quality insights.
• Review customer returns and exchange data to identify recurring quality issues. Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce defects.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years QA experience (5+ in leadership)
• Strong in AQL, garment construction, and defect analysis
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and team-focused
• Decision maker Quality
