Senior Quality Analyst/Lead (Manual + Automation)

Role And Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 15 20 Quality Analysts.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. Ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies. Provide regular updates and reports.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team, including trainees. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
