Job Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Oversee and guide a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and adherence to project timelines.
Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and QA engineers.
Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
Integrate third-party services and APIs into backend systems.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design and scalability planning.
Prepare technical documentation and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Proven experience in client interaction and team handling
Proficiency in FastAPI, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
Strong knowledge of web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).
Familiarity with RESTful API principles and API documentation tools.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
Proven experience in client interaction and team handling.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
