Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior or Lead Python Full Stack Developer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring junior developers.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Python frameworks, such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, along with strong proficiency in React.js and modern front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Architect and build responsive and performant UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScriptØ Design and implement component-based architectures using Redux, Context API, or React QueryØ Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality codeØ Implement frontend testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, or similarØ Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibilityØ Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints using Django, Flask, or FastAPIØ Develop scalable backend services with a focus on modularity, reusability, and testabilityØ Manage integrations with third-party APIs, services, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Ø Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)Ø Monitor and enhance application performance and scalabilityØ Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesØ Maintain technical documentation for internal and external consumption

Required Qualifications:

Ø 4+ years as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Python and React.js.Ø Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.Ø Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and related front-end technologies.Ø Experience with RESTful API development and integration.Ø Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Ø Good experience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD workflowsØ Familiarity with system design, microservices, caching strategies, and asynchronous processingØ Excellent communication and leadership skills
