About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with proven expertise in building scalable applications, API integrations, and modern front-end interactions using HTMX and DaisyUI. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, an eye for clean and organized code, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask).

• Implement HTMX and DaisyUI to create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interactions.

• Build and integrate robust RESTful / GraphQL APIs with third-party systems.

• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, DevOps) to deliver well-architected solutions.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented codebases.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Python developer.

• Strong expertise in Python, Django/FastAPI/Flask frameworks.

• Experience with HTMX and DaisyUI for building interactive web front-ends.

• Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs / GraphQL APIs.

• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.

• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong focus on code organization, reusability, and maintainability.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for enhancing front-end features.

• Exposure to modern authentication & authorization frameworks (Keycloak, OAuth2, JWT).
