Role: Senior Python Developer / Lead (Individual Contributor)

Experience: 7–10 Years (Mandatory)

Location: Pune – Onsite Only

Notice Period: Immediate joiners / Serving NP / Maximum 30 days

Mandatory Skills (Strong Hands-On Required)

Candidates must have solid, real-world experience in:

Python (7+ years, hands-on)

Django and Flask (mandatory)

REST API development

Microservices architecture

OOPs and System Design

GraphQL APIs

AWS (hands-on required): Lambda, Cognito, Athena, Glue, API Gateway

SQL and NoSQL databases

Linux environment

Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

Candidates with architect-only, managerial, or low-coding roles are not suitable for this position.

Good to Have

Pandas or data-heavy API experience

TypeScript exposure

Rust exposure

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on development of scalable backend systems using Python

Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs

Build and support AWS serverless solutions

Apply strong system design and coding standards

Debug and resolve production-level issues independently

Contribute to technical design while remaining fully hands-on

Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

Who Should Apply

7–10 years of strong Python backend experience

Comfortable working as a 100% Individual Contributor

Willing to work from office in Pune
