Senior Python Developer

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services. 2. Build and enhance interactive and responsive user interfaces. 3. Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practice. 4. Participate in architectural decisions and drive technical innovation. 5. Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure project goals are met. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues. 7. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.  Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. 3. Strong backend skills in one or more: Python (Django/Flask), Java, or similar. 4. Proficiency in frontend technologies: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group. 6. Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making. 7. Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing projects in Agile environments. 8. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
