Senior Python Automated Testing Developer

🕒 Availability: Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Python Automated Testing Developer (Team Lead) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in test automation, strong leadership qualities, and excellent English communication skills. This role requires hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing automated test frameworks for scalable applications.Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Python. • Write and execute test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies. • Ensure proper test coverage by integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. • Troubleshoot, analyze failures, and work with the development team to resolve issues. • Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–4 years of professional experience in automated testing, preferably with Python. • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or Behave. • Proficiency in Selenium / Playwright / Appium for web and mobile test automation. • Good understanding of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, or Python Requests). • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps). • Familiarity with version control systems (Git). • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills • Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust. • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).⸻👉 Important: This is a work from office role only.
