Should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks. Experience with Engineering consultancy company in PH discipline. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ PH Engineering and BIM Management. Experience In Middle East Projects Will Be Highly Preferred. Business Development Present innovative systems of work to clients/other consultants to demonstrate the companies continuous improvement. Build relationships with other design team members. Project Role BIM Development: Lead the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model. Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins. Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations. Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Company Role Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior BIM modelers and other team members on BIM best practices and software usage. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, models, and project-related information. Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. QHSE Responsibilities Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies. Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE. Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
