working hours during peak periods as needed to effectively collaborate with global teammates, process global orders and meet month-end close deadlines.
What you ll do:
- Ensure customer accounts are provisioned and updated accurately and timely, in accordance with both the signed contracts and Bookings Policy
- Work directly with customers to complete required set up forms for account creation & provisioning
- Develop a clear understanding of Bloomreach s product offerings and various add-on features
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales & Customer Success to provide prompt issue resolution and address ad-hoc requests on a day to day basis
- Provide weekly reporting to leadership on the status of the provisioning queue, including transparency on any current delays or escalations that arise
- Establish and maintain up to date clear process documentation
- Drive process improvements and perform UAT for provisioning automation projects
- Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Judgment & Problem-Solving: Use sound judgment and common sense in decision-making processes.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

What you ll bring:
- 5+ years combined of Provisioning and/or Order Management experience at fast paced, high growth organizations. SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven experience with process improvements, learning new systems and ability to work through ambiguity
- Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite a strong plus
- Strong problem solving skills with the initiative to research and resolve issues independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong with Word and Excel
- Desire to work in a fast-growing, exciting, and agile business
- Highly interpersonal and ability to work in a team environment, including teammates in other locations across the world
