Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Engineer with 10-15 years of relevant experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposals, project management, and engineering workflow.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver professional, high-quality, compelling proposals that effectively educate and inspire action on the part of customers and prospects.
Participate actively in proposal meetings and prepare techno-commercial bids/proposals.
Track projects and opportunities, receiving and analyzing requests for proposals.
Collaborate with internal offices to support proposal and business development efforts.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on active business opportunities.
Maintain integrity, quality, and safety standards in all aspects of work.

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering from an Indian University (UGC approved) or an overseas university.
10-15 years of relevant experience in proposals, preferably in the Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemicals sector with large Engineering Consulting organizations.
Understanding of various engineering deliverables, interfaces, process flows, and engineering hour estimates.
Proficiency in proposal writing and preparing project execution plans.
Experience with computer applications, including Windows operating systems and basic 3D modeling tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
Knowledge of HSSEQ rules and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
