Senior Proposal Writer

As a Proposal Engineer at Tridel Technologies group, you will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders by thoroughly understanding client requirements and project specifications outlined in the tender documents. You will be based in Vadodara, Gujarat, working within the Project Sales department and reporting directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate for this role will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering. However, a commerce graduate with relevant experience in tender proposal writing for marine construction engineering projects will also be considered. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in proposal development for engineering projects, demonstrating a solid understanding of client requirements and expectations. Knowledge of industry standards related to Marine Structures construction and compliance regulations will be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed engineering proposals for clients, collaborating with sales and internal teams to gather technical and financial data, and ensuring timely submission of proposals with complete documentation as per tender requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with an analytical mindset, are essential for success in this role.
