Financial Controller

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory and regulatory

requirements including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and

MCA filings

• Proactively engage financial institutions to arrange funding aligned with

company cash flow requirements

• Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns and handle

all tax related reconciliations

• Maintain financial records in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and

applicable international standards (IFRS/GAAP)

• Monitor and ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other foreign transaction

regulations, including FDI/ODI reporting and import-export documentation

• Coordinate and support various audits statutory, tax, GST, internal, and cost –

ensuring proper documentation and internal control systems

• Lead the accounting function including preparation of financial statements

(P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), budgeting, and forecasting

• Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks to

ensure financial integrity

• Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring timely book closures and

reporting

• Manage cash flows, working capital, accounts payable and receivable, and

provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency
