Role & Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Advance Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and MCA filings Proactively engage financial institutions to arrange funding aligned with company cash flow requirements Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns and handle all tax related reconciliations Maintain financial records in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable international standards (IFRS/GAAP) Monitor and ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other foreign transaction regulations, including FDI/ODI reporting and import-export documentation Coordinate and support various audits statutory, tax, GST, internal, and cost – ensuring proper documentation and internal control systems Lead the accounting function including preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), budgeting, and forecasting Implement and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks to ensure financial integrity Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring timely book closures and reporting Manage cash flows, working capital, accounts payable and receivable, and provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency
