Job Description

Financial Control & Governance

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements as per Ind AS
  • Establish and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC)

Audit & Compliance

  • Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits
  • Act as primary liaison with auditors, consultants, and regulators
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws

Payments & Treasury

  • Oversee end-to-end payment processes, including vendor, payroll, and statutory payments
  • Implement strong payment controls, approvals, and reconciliations
  • Manage cash flows, working capital, and banking relationships

Accounting & Reporting

  • Ensure timely MIS, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Support CFO with insights on cost control, margin improvement, and scalability
  • Drive automation and process improvements in accounting systems (ERP) SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial closing, reporting, and MIS (Ind AS compliant)
  • Internal, statutory, tax, and regulatory audits
  • End-to-end payment controls and treasury oversight
  • Strengthening IFCs and driving process automation
  • Stakeholder management across business and leadership
