Work Arrangement
Location: Noida, India
Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week
2:30pm -6:30 pm Office
7:30 pm - 11:30 pmHome
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the prompt engineering strategy and execution across high-priority AI initiatives.
- Design, refine, and evaluate prompts to maximize accuracy, consistency, and performance.
- Build and maintain prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and deployment standards.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, data science, and UX to deliver integrated AI solutions.
- Experiment with advanced prompting techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Develop testing and evaluation pipelines leveraging automated frameworks and human feedback.
- Ensure AI-generated outputs meet ethical, compliance, and security standards.
- Continuously track AI/LLM research trends and implement relevant advancements.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Linguistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields, with at least 2+ years focused on LLM applications.
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and generative AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Experience with deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for evaluating and optimizing AI outputs.
Preferred:
- Experience in leading AI projects or mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmentedgeneration (RAG).
- Familiarity with fine-tuning and advanced model evaluation methods.
- Background in computational linguistics, UX writing, or human-computerinteraction.
- Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or published work.

- Strong collaboration and communication across executive and technicalstakeholders.
