Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales for digital transformation and IT consulting projects targeting enterprise customers.

  • Salesforce, Oracle, SAP

  • diverse geographic markets

  • Build long-term relationships with C-level leaders, technology heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

  • Deliver consultative selling by mapping client pain points to relevant service offerings.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized proposals, solution decks, and commercial models.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, track sales KPIs, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, partner ecosystems, and client meetings across markets.

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery teams post-closure.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience

  • Salesforce, Oracle, SAP

  • different geographic markets

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, and service delivery cycles.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

  • Track record of independently managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
