Senior Project Manager(Broking Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of digital and technology initiatives across mobile, web, and backend platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, release cycles, and process optimization to deliver business-critical projects with quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple agile teams ~ ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Drive end-to-end release management, from sprint planning and QA handoff to production rollout and post-release monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to define milestones and remove delivery blockers proactively.
• Establish standardized delivery workflows to improve release efficiency, quality assurance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments, RCAs, and ensure contingency plans are in place for critical deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations, ensuring SLAs and quality benchmarks are met.
• Create and maintain project dashboards and reports in Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools for executive visibility.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Ensure process governance and compliance with internal quality standards and audit norms.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, and related PM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on with project documentation, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Basic technical understanding of mobile and web development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with version control (Git, TFS) and monitoring tools like Firebase, Clevertap, Loggly, or UserExperior.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in Fintech, SaaS, or Digital Product companies is preferred.
