- Manage project budgets, track financials, and report on variances to executive stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring compliance with security and governance requirements
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business leaders, providing clear updates and actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, including a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale, complex projects within a Managed Services environment. Complex client-facing projects within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, driving on-time, on-budget delivery of technology services while mastering the unique demands of multi-client operations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrated success in overseeing the delivery, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Experience managing international teams or supporting North American and European enterprises considered a significant asset.
MUST HAVE'S
- Relevant industry certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.)
- Must be comfortable working 9 AM6 PM EST.
- Flexible to collaborate in other Canadian time zones occasionally
- Ability and flexibility to travel to Canada occasionally
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license
