Role & responsibilities

• To own, support, and contribute to software product development and maintenance, as well as to plan, deploy, and maximize resources to ensure that technology activities are in line with business commitments.
• Lead and manage in-house software development efforts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure applications are well-maintained, secure, and aligned with business needs.
• Proactive mindset to think through all possible product needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Create a work environment where team members are encouraged to contribute to their maximum abilities and stretch their limits for achieving quality software goals.
• Plan and manage delivery schedules with the teams.
• Ensure Change Management process is followed for every software update.
• Work with various team leaders to ensure their requirements are clearly understood.
• Ensure knowledge repository is well maintained and teams are well informed about each ones work activities.
• Demonstrate solid communication skills and work with the senior leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure development is undertaken in line with the overall strategy and architecture and is fit for deployment.
• Identify and communicate risks and mitigation strategies. Maintain confidentiality of data and processes where needed.
• Ensure team morale is high at all times

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of total experience, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in

  Product/Project Management.

• Ability to manage a team of experienced software developers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently with team and all stakeholders.
• Technical Skills preferred - .NET, .NET Core (C#), MySql, MS SQL Server, AWS, Linux, HTML, Java, JSON, XML
