Job Description

Role Overview: As the MEP/CIVIL person, you will be the go-to individual for all MEP/CIVIL matters within the company. Your responsibilities will include managing all activities related to mechanical, engineering, and plumbing, from planning to final handover. The design manager will rely on you for assistance in scheduling, value engineering, and design change management. Additionally, you will support the contract manager in procurement and VO management, as well as assist the construction manager in installation, site inspection, and contractor management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all activities related to mechanical, engineering, and plumbing - Assist the design manager in scheduling, value engineering, and design change management - Support the contract manager in procurement and VO management - Assist the construction manager in installation, site inspection, and contractor management Qualifications Required: - Degree in MEP/CIVIL engineering or related field - Five years of combined educational and work experience - Experience in construction site management - Strong understanding of development management, including financial appraisal, risk management, and negotiation - Knowledge of HVAC, electrical engineering, BMS, security systems, AV systems, and IT systems Additional Company Details: The company focuses on developing high-performing teams that drive successful project execution.
