Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager - Design Build & coordinate for located in Chennai, India. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing design-build projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. The role involves scheduling, budgeting, inspecting, and expediting project tasks to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Project Management experience, including effective scheduling and budgeting
• Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management
• Inspection and Expeditor skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in the interior fit-out industry is a plus
• Certifications in relevant areas are beneficial
