Senior Project Manager - Advanced Metering Infrastructure

As a Senior Project Manager, you are required to have a BE/B Tech or MCA degree with 8-10 years of experience in the field. Your role will be permanent and you must possess certain key skills and qualifications to excel in this position. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) projects and in the Utility Domain. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential along with strong customer handling, people management, and project management abilities. Proficiency in MIS, Dashboards, MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, and project management documentation is required for tasks such as Requirement gathering, Business Process Document creation, Quality Management processes, and tracking, as well as SDLC & STLC processes. Your responsibilities will include planning project resources, creating a feasible plan to achieve project goals, defining project scope, determining available resources, estimating time and financial commitments, and monitoring and reporting on project progress. You will also assemble and lead project teams by identifying skilled resources, assigning tasks and deadlines, and providing necessary tools for collaboration and progress tracking. Key requirements for this role include effective time management to meet project deadlines, accurate task duration estimation, and maintaining a realistic schedule. Budget management is crucial for determining project funding, keeping expenses within budget limits, and monitoring actual spend compared to planned budget.
