SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEERS (Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical project activities during shutdown/turnaround phases.
• Lead the execution of mechanical works including piping, static & rotary equipment, valves, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels.
• Review project specifications, scope of work, and engineering documents to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Interface with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure timely completion of works.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, within schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on-site and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Monitor progress and generate daily/weekly reports for management and client.
• Support commissioning and start-up activities post-turnaround.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  or equivalent.
• Must have

  prior experience in Shutdown/Turnaround projects

  (mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and components used in O&G facilities.
• Proficient in reading P&IDs, isometrics, and engineering drawings.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (API, ASME, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in high-pressure, fast-paced turnaround environments.
