 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

 Travel extensively to project sites across India to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.

 Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

 Monitor project progress and prepare reports on work status, delays, or challenges.

 Identify on-ground problems and propose actionable solutions to keep the project on track.

 Maintain documentation related to site execution, material usage, and labor deployment.

 Supervise manpower allocation and efficiently manage labor teams to optimize productivity.
