Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil) & a Senior Civil Engineer with a proven track record in high-rise and large-scale projects to work for our Data Center Project. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in piling, concreting, shuttering, and steel rebar works, with the ability to oversee all aspects of civil construction activities. The candidate must have previously worked as a Senior Engineer in projects exceeding 5 lakh sq. ft. and possess strong leadership and coordination skills. Also posses knowledge of all aspects of construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage pile foundation, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and structural works at site.
• Lead day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and support project scheduling and cost control
• Conduct quality checks on formwork, reinforcement, concrete mix, and finishing works.
• Ensure adherence to relevant IS codes, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve site-related issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and site teams.
• Manage resources effectively to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Experience:

• Strong expertise in pile foundation, RCC works, formwork systems, and reinforcement detailing, Steel Rebar Work.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC practices, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Background

• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or IT/Data Center projects.
• Hands-on exposure to modern formwork systems (Mivan, Doka, Peri, etc.).
• Proven ability to handle multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Only male candidates preferred.
