Senior Project Engineer (GM)

Job Title: Engineer / Executive – Solar Ground Mount Projects

Experience -

• 3–5 years experience in Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar PV projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
• Supervise site activities, civil, structure, module mounting & electrical works
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, quality, and safety standards
• Liaison with DISCOM, local authorities, and statutory bodies
• Monitor project timelines, material planning, and subcontractors
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of projects
• Resolve site-level technical and coordination issues

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in Ground Mount Solar PV Projects
• Knowledge of solar structures, MMS, DC & AC systems
• Understanding of project scheduling and site execution
• Familiar with safety norms and quality standards
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and government departments
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic)
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
• 3–5 years experience in Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
