Senior Project Coordinator

As the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project flow by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include assisting project managers in planning and executing project tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining project documentation and client records. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring project risks, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting management with project reviews and status meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination. - Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks. - Ensure smooth project flow by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. - Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain project documentation, reports, and client records. - Monitor project risks and escalate concerns when necessary. - Ensure quality standards are met across all project deliverables. - Support management with project reviews and status meetings.
