Position: Project Coordinator Industrial Projects

Location: Vadodara City

Experience: 36 Years

Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing / Infrastructure Projects

Key Technical Responsibilities

Drawing & Documentation Control

Managing technical drawings issuance, revision updates, and maintaining version control

Preparing & tracking RFIs to consultants and ensuring timely closures

Planning & Scheduling

Preparing daily, weekly & monthly micro-level schedules

Monitoring site progress vs plan and highlighting delays/escalations

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordination between Civil, PEB, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and other service teams

Ensuring seamless communication between site teams, consultants & management

Reporting & Tracking

Preparing DPR, WPR, MPR, work trackers, progress charts & material logs

Maintaining checklists and documentation for audits & client reviews

Material & Quality Support

Tracking material requirements, follow-ups with vendors & verifying specifications

Supporting QA/QC team with inspections, quality documentation & compliance

Consultant / Client Coordination

Ensuring alignment on drawings, BOQs, design changes, and site requirements

Following up for approvals and technical clarifications

Requirements

1.Strong drawing reading & technical interpretation skills

2.Excellent coordination capability across multi-disciplinary teams

3.Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and basic project tracking tools

4.Good communication, documentation & reporting skills

5.Experience in industrial project execution preferred
