Job Description – Project Coordinator (IT Projects)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with strong technical knowledge to effectively manage and support our developer team. The candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, coordinating tasks, and conducting pre-screening of requirements to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and track project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with the developer team to ensure technical requirements are understood and implemented.
• Conduct pre-screening of project requirements before development begins.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of projects.
• Support resource allocation and workload management for the developer team.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear action items and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in project coordination or management within IT/Software Development.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with developers and clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
