Job Title: Architect – Residential Design
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in residential and interior design to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will design functional, aesthetic, and regulation-compliant residential and commercial spaces aligned with modern and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
• Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Handle site supervision, inspections, and ensure execution as per approved drawings
• Manage project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and construction methods
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve design and execution-related issues at the site
• Guide and mentor junior architects and draftsmen
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6*–10 years* of experience in residential/commercial design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing completed residential work.
• Good understanding of Punjab Building Rules and local construction norms.
• Excellent communication and visualization skills.
