In this role at American Express, as a part of the Colleague Experience Group, you will be contributing towards providing a great colleague experience every day. Your focus will be on learning, communication, and change management in the context of recruitment systems. Here's how you will make an impact in this role: - Support in the creation, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning materials related to recruitment systems. - Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient use of recruitment systems across the organization. - Assist in change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new recruitment technologies and processes. - Work with key stakeholders and recruitment partners to gather requirements and feedback to continuously improve the delivery of learning related materials. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Provide detailed reports and presentations on the effectiveness of learning programs and materials to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Superb written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English - Ability to communicate complex concepts to a global audience. - Excellent attention to detail with outstanding organizational and project management skills - Proven experience creating learning documentation and SOPs for a global audience - Excellent time management and prioritization skills; with the ability to make decisions effectively and efficiently amidst multiple priorities and with minimal direction. - Expert Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to work US hours Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in change management and leading organizational change initiatives highly preferred - Experience in adult learning, training development and delivery, including effectively leading and facilitating live sessions preferred - Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar recruitment technology platforms - Recruitment knowledge or previous experience supporting a recruitment function In this role at American Express, as a part of the Colleague Experience Group, you will be contributing towards providing a great colleague experience every day.
