Senior Project Analyst - Recruitment Systems Learning & Change Management

Your focus will be on learning, communication, and change management in the context of recruitment systems. Here's how you will make an impact in this role: - Support in the creation, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning materials related to recruitment systems. - Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient use of recruitment systems across the organization. - Assist in change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new recruitment technologies and processes. - Work with key stakeholders and recruitment partners to gather requirements and feedback to continuously improve the delivery of learning related materials. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Provide detailed reports and presentations on the effectiveness of learning programs and materials to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Superb written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English - Ability to communicate complex concepts to a global audience. - Excellent attention to detail with outstanding organizational and project management skills - Proven experience creating learning documentation and SOPs for a global audience - Excellent time management and prioritization skills; with the ability to make decisions effectively and efficiently amidst multiple priorities and with minimal direction. - Expert Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word - Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to work US hours Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in change management and leading organizational change initiatives highly preferred - Experience in adult learning, training development and delivery, including effectively leading and facilitating live sessions preferred - Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud or similar recruitment technology platforms - Recruitment knowledge or previous experience supporting a recruitment function In this role at American Express, as a part of the Colleague Experience Group, you will be contributing towards providing a great colleague experience every day.
