We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Transformation Champion to lead and drive strategic transformation initiatives within our staffing business. This role is pivotal in modernizing our operations through IT and ERP transformation, embedding change management practices, and leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT transformation, ERP implementation, and change management, preferably within the staffing or professional services industry.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in delivery and execution of transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with modern ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and digital tools relevant to staffing operations.
