Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Strategy

• Drive execution of capital market focused programs across design, product, testing, and operations teams.
• Develop program roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
• Ensure that technology, product, and operational priorities are aligned to enable seamless execution across teams.

Capital Markets Expertise & Cross Functional Collaboration

• Mandatory experience in capital markets, including equities, derivatives, commodities, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure an intuitive and seamless trading experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and prioritize key features for trading platforms.
• Partner with testing/QA teams to ensure robust quality control and smooth releases of trading applications.
• Align with operations teams to optimize brokerage workflows, automate processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX regulations while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.

Technology & Product Execution

• Oversee execution of projects related to OMS/RMS enhancements, algo trading, API integrations, and automation.
• Drive execution of mobile/web-based trading applications and brokerage platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end trading platforms with backend trading and risk management systems.

Process Optimization & Risk Management

• Identify inefficiencies in trading operations and drive automation & AI/ML driven solutions.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for regulatory, operational, and technology driven programs.
• Optimize workflows for scalability and regulatory compliance.

Leadership & Execution Excellence

• Lead and mentor a team of project and program managers to drive structured execution of key initiatives.
• Foster a culture of execution excellence, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key bridge between business, technology, and operations to resolve execution roadblocks.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, or related fields) is mandatory.

• 10–12 years

  of experience managing complex programs,

  with deep expertise in Capital Markets

• Proven success in leading cross-functional delivery involving

  trading platforms, APIs, OMS/RMS, or backend trading systems

• Strong knowledge of

  market infrastructure and regulatory frameworks

• Ability to manage up, down, and sideways — working directly with business heads, CXOs, and engineers alike
• Certifications in

  Agile, SAFe, PMP, or Lean

  are a strong plus
