About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our HR function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with HR systems in a global, matrixed environment and will be responsible for optimizing HR technology platforms to enhance process efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes. Role & responsibilities: Serve as the go-to expert for HR technology platforms, providing deep functional and technical knowledge to HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Drive HR Technology adoption Provide consultative support to leverage technology, streamline HR processes, and improve employee experience. Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of core HR systems and modules such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Learning, Compensation, etc. Support end-to-end lifecycle for system changes including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, deployment, and post-implementation support. Work closely with internal HR teams and external vendors during platform upgrades, patch management, and release cycles to evaluate and adopt new functionalities. Create and execute test scripts, coordinate UAT with HR teams, and document outcomes. Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and vendors for all HR technology-related matters, including incident resolution, SLA management, and enhancement discussions. Provide tier-2/3 support for system-related queries and resolve escalations in a timely manner. Preferred candidate profiles: Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Masters degree in similar field is highly preferred 57 years of experience in HR technology within a multinational corporate environment. Experience in implementing, configuring, or managing HR platforms such as Darwinbox (preferred), Oracle, Dev Ops, Pendo and Jira, or similar. Hands-on experience in system integrations / enterprise transformation Strong understanding of HR processes and practices including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Experience.
