Senior productive executive

We’re searching for a dynamic, detail-obsessed professional who understands that great fashion begins long before the first stitch.

Experience & Background:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing role within the fashion or apparel industry — preferably with exposure to luxury, kidswear, or designer-led brands.

Education: A degree/diploma from top-tier institutes like NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or similar — with a focus on Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related fields.

Core Expertise:

• Production Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the end-to-end production cycle — from sourcing, sampling, and costing to QC and timely delivery.

• Fabric & Material Mastery: Strong knowledge of textiles, trims, surface techniques, and finishing processes — with the ability to identify quality issues and recommend solutions.

• Vendor & Supply Coordination: Experience liaising with vendors, mills, and tailors; managing sampling calendars; negotiating costs; and ensuring timely approvals and dispatches.

• International Communication: Must be well-spoken, fluent, and proficient in English — with the ability to communicate seamlessly with international buyers, partner stores, and third-party platforms.

Tech & Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and other production-management software; knowledge of AI tools for workflow efficiency will be a strong plus.
