Senior Product Support Engineer

Sanand GIDC Industrial Estate (with extensive domestic & international travel)

Experience: 5–8 years (minimum 3 years in Asphalt Drum/Batch Mix Plant commissioning & support)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

· Independently handle commissioning, installation, and setup of Asphalt Drum Mix and Batch Mix Plants at client sites.

· Provide on-site product support, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth handover of the plant to the client.

· Train client operators and maintenance staff on safe and efficient plant operations.

· Maintain service records, site reports, and client feedback for each installation.

· Act as the company’s technical representative at client sites (domestic & overseas).

Requirements:

· Proven hands-on experience in commissioning Asphalt mixing plants.

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

· Ability to resolve on-site technical issues under pressure and in remote locations.

· Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.

· Must hold a valid Passport and be open to frequent international travel.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,555.03 per year
