Senior Product Specialist

The job requires a candidate with at least 3+ years of relevant experience in mobile computing platforms including Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Mobile Device Management and a good understanding of Mobility Software such as MDM, MAM, and UEM. Experience with the mobility domain will be preferred. The responsibilities include researching customer technical issues, delivering presentations and webinars, and attending meetings with partners and customers for technical discussions. The candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales, tech-support, or consultant-related role within enterprise software. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with both technical and business counterparts on the client side. The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and have a strong interest in sales, technology, and customer interaction. Flexibility with shift timings and willingness to travel for tech discussions are also required. The qualifications needed for this role are BE/BTech or MCA.
