Senior Product Specialist

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carry the product/feature from concept to creation.
• Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition to our client base.
• Distill the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specifications through deep dives into the domain, gathering requirements, and business analysis.
• Work closely with engineers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design, and then to the product itself.
• Prepare comprehensive business test cases/beds to aid the engineering process.
• Rigorously evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight by leveraging created test cases/beds and ensure compliance with the product/feature specification and vision.
• Track and question risks/assumptions.
• Proactively escalate issues and mitigate execution risks.
• Conduct competitor analysis.

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
• Proven experience in Product Management, handling end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong ability to define and execute Product Roadmaps and translate business vision into actionable development plans.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and ability to leverage large-scale data for product decisions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (Gen AI) applications and integration in product workflows.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration between engineering and business teams.
• Knowledge of financial systems or trading platforms (preferred for domain fit).
